Family of Joseph Wardill and Susan (nee Musk)
Joseph Wardill (1853 - unknown), the youngest son of Jonathan Wardill (1854 - 1858) and Mary Ann Wardill (nee Burton 1818 - 1900) married Susan Musk (1856 - unknown) on November 25 1876 in Wesleyian Methodist Chappel, Bridlington Quay. They had four children and lived in Hilderthorpe Yorkshire. Joseph was a joiner and was reputed to have done a lot of the wood carving in the Salvation Army Tabernacle in London. This may be the reason his daughter Emily was born in Hackney.
